Broker Participation Agreement Form
In order to participate in one of our auctions as a broker (Private Sales Only), you must fill out the form below. All broker participation acknowledgement forms must be received 24 hours prior to auction. See the terms below. Please include in the comments section the Buyers name, address, phone number and your Broker affiliation. By submitting the form, you agree to the following terms: A commission* will be paid to the licensed real estate broker/agent who meets the terms below and whose registered buyer pays for and closes title to the property. TO QUALIFY, BUYER BROKER/AGENT MUST: Register prospective buyers for specific properties, prior to any inspection of the property by the buyer and no less than 24hrs prior to the auction. Broker must complete the Broker Participation Acknowledgement Form, and submit. Submit Broker Participation Acknowledgement Form no less than 24 hours prior to the auction and prior to any showing. Accompany and sign in with your client at any inspection of the property. Attend the auction with the prospect. *No broker/agent will be recognized on a prospect who has previously contacted Seller or Robert B. McArtor, Auctioneer or has been previously contacted by Seller or Robert B. McArtor, Auctioneer. No commission will be paid to any broker acting as a principal in the purchase of the property. You also will agree to that neither broker, nor any of his/her employees or agents, nor any member of his/her immediate family or employees or agents immediate family, is a principal. Commissions will be paid by seller only upon closing. A complete registration file on all prospects will be maintained. All registrations accepted by Robert B. McArtor, Auctioneer will be acknowledged via email or phone. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS to this procedure and no oral registrations will be accepted. A Buyer Representation Agreement must be signed by both Buyer and Agent and a copy given to the Auctioneer at contract signing if the Buyer becomes the successful bidder.
